Yes, I have also had faced similar problems when using Jio while trying to access services hosted by Cloudflare (where we host ISOs). Its a problem best left between Jio and Cloudflare I guess. We can link to this forum, if anyone faces any issue and we will help them out.
Another suggestion is to mention the size of the ISO file below the download button, so that users are aware of how much data they need to have on their devices while downloading.
This is a nice suggestion, I will do some automation so that the file size is updated in our website whenever a new build is made.
